Mallaig by Steam Train
With rugged hills and scenic lochs and described as one of the great railway journeys of the world this 84 mile round trip takes you past the famous sites shot on the Harry Potter Hogwarts express. Incredible views from the Glenfinnan Viaduct. Travel by steam on the seasonally-run Jacobite Express to experience the full grandeur and step back in time, or enjoy the views at any time and take the Scotrail scheduled train service, available 3 times daily.
Isle of Mull

Highland Wildlife park
Enjoy a great family day out at the Highland Wildlife Park, the Highlands’ Wildest Visitor Attraction! From Polar Bears to Amur Tigers, and Capercaillie to Scottish Wildcats. The park also has an excellent kids play area.
Castle Stalker
Castle Stalker View Café & Gift Shop is set in stunning scenery in Appin, near Oban, Argyll, Scotland. With wonderful views of Castle Stalker. The castle is privately owned but do run a very limited number of tours each year – these can be arranged by prior appointment.
Ardnamurchan and Sunart
With amazing views over the islands seemingly around every corner, the Ardnamurchan Peninsula is interspaced with stunning beaches. On your way take in the buetty of the Sunart oak woods, and have a break at the Garbh Eilean Wildlife Hide, which is one of the best wildlife viewing facilities you will find. The peninsula ends with the elegant Ardnamurchan lighthouse which is one of the UK’s top rated places to get engaged.

Nevis Range
Nevis Range is a year-round mountain ski resort near Ben Nevis and Fort William. Take the gondola, bike on some of the best trails in the UK, ski, or swing in the trees on a high wire.
